veganism, environment, animal rights, health and fitness
We are human. Obviously. Being human comes with many things, like happiness, sadness, motivation, and excuses. At some point in your life you have made an excuse to not go workout, or go on a run that you were planning to go on, or you tried to come up with a valid reason you are eating chips on the couch. Honestly, I think excuses are just a extension of laziness. Some people are lazier than others, but it can change over time with a little will power.
All the time, I will hear people say, “oh I tried to be vegan (or vegetarian) but I missed (fill in the blank) too much. ” Or I hear, ” Being vegan is just too hard for me.” Honestly, I remember a time when I said these same things. After extensive research and a enormous change in attitude, I realized I needed to suck it up and do what was best for me, the planet, and the animals. I went vegan.
Whether your struggling with not wanting to workout, or not eating healthy, you need motivation to come sweep those excuses out of the door.
For those interested, there is a E-book that Earthling Ed wrote on non-vegan excuses, and how to respond to them. This book is originally written for vegans so they can respond to everything that a non-vegan would say to them. But, this is a very good thing to read if you aren’t vegan and are wanting to learn more about it, and you can get it free!!! The book is not very long and I highly recommend taking an hour or two out of your day to learn more. You can also check out Earthling Ed’s YouTube channel if you are not into reading.

Thank you for taking time to read this!!
-Have an awesome day!
